Delivery Policy

1. *Delivery Areas*: We deliver to all addresses within the United Kingdom.

2. *Delivery Times*: Our standard delivery time is between 3-5 working days. However, delivery times may vary depending on the supplier or drop-shipper.

3. *Delivery Charges*: Delivery charges will be displayed at the checkout and may vary depending on the location and the size of the order.

4. *Tracking*: A tracking number will be provided via email once the order has been dispatched for some orders dependant on supplier or drop-shipper.

5. *Failed Deliveries*: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, a card will be left with instructions on how to arrange a re-delivery or collect from a local depot.

Returns Policy

1. *Return Period*: Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, in accordance with UK consumer law.

2. *Condition*: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging.

3. *Exclusions*: Personalised or perishable items are not eligible for returns unless faulty.

4. *Return Process*: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.

5. *Refunds*: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s) and will be credited to the original payment method.

6. *Return Shipping*: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
